The spindle drive system is powered by a high-performance domestic servo motor and drive, delivering rapid response, energy efficiency, and stable operation.

◆ The feed axes are engineered for ultimate precision and dynamic response. Both X and Z axes are driven by Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and drives, ensuring smooth trajectory control through superior performance characteristics. The transmission system utilizes Taiwanese PMI or HIWIN C3-class precision ball screws, supported by original Japanese NSK precision bearings to minimize feed errors and backlash. For guidance, PⅡ-grade high-precision linear guideways from the same premium brands are employed, providing the optimal balance between rigidity and wear resistance.

◆ Machine foundation features a high-strength cast iron base that has undergone rigorous aging treatment to ensure exceptional vibration damping and long-term mechanical stability.     Structural Features

    ◆ The spindle system features a high-precision, high-rigidity cartridge-type design, specifically optimized for heavy-duty machining. The structural configuration utilizes a 'front-three-rear-two' (triplex-front, duplex-rear) arrangement of imported precision-grade bearings. Combined with a direct-drive spindle servo motor, the system achieves exceptional rotational accuracy, dynamic rigidity, and speed stability, ensuring superior machining quality and high efficiency even under heavy cutting conditions.

    ◆ The machine bed is constructed from premium monolithic cast iron using a resin-sand precision casting process with a 30° slant layout. The internal structure is reinforced with high-rigidity ribbing, significantly enhancing the machine’s natural frequency and damping characteristics. This design offers outstanding anti-vibration performance. Furthermore, the slanted bed provides the operator with an obstructed view and easier access, while ensuring gravity-assisted chip removal for enhanced efficiency and workplace safety.

    ◆ The feed mechanism operates through the synergy of high-rigidity linear guideways and precision pre-tensioned ball screws. Both X and Z axes are directly driven by high-performance servo motors via flexible couplings, eliminating backlash and enhancing transmission efficiency. An intelligent centralized lubrication system provides forced lubrication and cooling to the guideways and ball screws, supporting rapid traverse rates of up to 30 m/min while maintaining exceptional positioning accuracy and thermal stability.

    ◆ Hydraulic system integrates premium Taiwanese components, including variable displacement pumps, hydraulic motors, and solenoid valves, complemented by a high-efficiency air-cooled radiator. This setup ensures low-noise operation and precise oil temperature control, guaranteeing reliable hydraulic movements. The machine offers a choice of hydraulic or servo indexing turrets, featuring a robust construction with rapid tool changes (0.3 - 0.5 sec) and bi-directional shortest-path indexing. This configuration is specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of heavy-duty disk-type workpiece machining.

    ◆ The tailstock is hydraulically driven, enabling automatic quill extension and retraction. It offers superior rigidity and ease of adjustment, significantly expanding the machine's capability for processing long-shaft workpieces.

    ◆ Machine is equipped with an aesthetic fully-enclosed protection guard, providing excellent waterproof and chip-proof performance. The sliding doors operate smoothly and are integrated with safety interlocking protection.
