It integrates a "Three-Front, Two-Rear" configuration of imported precision bearings, powered by a rear-mounted servo motor. This combination delivers a consistent output of high speed, high precision, and exceptional rigidity.
    Robust Bed Architecture: Utilizing a 30° slant-bed layout, the machine base is cast from high-quality resin-sand cast iron. The internal structure features a dense reinforcement ribbing system, delivering a superior combination of high rigidity, exceptional vibration damping, ergonomic operator convenience, and efficient automatic chip evacuation.

    High-Performance Linear Motion System: The X and Z axes are equipped with high-rigidity, heavy-duty linear guideways and precision pre-tensioned ball screws. The turret disk is designed for flexible tool loading, unaffected by additional live tool attachments or workpiece dimensions, ensuring superior adaptability for diverse machining tasks.

    Integrated Multi-Tasking Machining Cell: This represents the ultimate highlight of the machine. By integrating rear-mounted servo main and sub-spindles, a Y-axis servo power turret, and imported precision gear-driven live tooling (for both radial and axial milling), we have built a complete, high-performance turn-mill unit.
    This system significantly enhances machining rigidity, thermal stability, and indexing precision. It supports infinite C-axis indexing and dynamic workpiece handover (on-the-fly) between main and sub-spindles, effectively eliminating secondary setup errors. Complex geometries, large components, and parts with strict concentricity requirements can be completed—from turning and milling to drilling and tapping—in a single setup. This ensures maximum machining accuracy while drastically shortening the overall manufacturing cycle.

    Advanced Hydraulic & Safety Systems: The hydraulic station utilizes high-performance variable displacement pumps and core components from top-tier Taiwanese brands, equipped with an integrated air-cooling system.
