◆ This series of machines is equipped with the SYNTEC (Taiwan) CNC system, offering intuitive operation and efficient programming. The main and sub-spindle units utilize premium domestic rear-mounted motorized spindles integrated with original Japanese P4-grade ultra-precision bearings to ensure exceptional stability and durability at high rotational speeds. Both spindle servo drives are high-performance domestic brands featuring rapid dynamic response and robust torque output. Furthermore, the X1/X2/Z1/Z2 axes are powered by high-spec domestic servo motors and drives, specifically optimized for precise synchronization and smooth motion control.

◆ Each axis is equipped with PMI or HIWIN (Taiwan) C3-class precision ball screws paired with original Japanese NSK precision bearings to guarantee superior transmission accuracy and structural rigidity. The linear guideways utilize PMI or HIWIN P-grade components, characterized by high stiffness and low wear resistance, making them ideal for high-speed and high-precision machining environments. Furthermore, the machine bed and base are engineered from high-strength cast iron, providing exceptional vibration damping and minimal deformation to ensure a long-term stable machining platform.

Integrated with high-rigidity linear guideways and an automatic lubrication system, it achieves a 30 m/min rapid traverse and micron-level positioning accuracy while effectively minimizing thermal displacement.
    T-Type Gang Tooling: The unique T-style gang tool post supports versatile multi-tool configurations, ensuring rapid and seamless tool indexing for maximized throughput.

    Synchronized Twin-Spindle & Dual-Gang-Tooling
    The synchronized operation of twin spindles and dual gang tool posts enables dynamic part hand-off (re-gripping) between the main and sub-spindles. This allows for complete multi-surface machining in a single setup, significantly reducing geometric tolerances and ensuring superior part consistency.。

    Hydraulic & Cooling Performance: Equipped with premium Taiwanese variable pumps and solenoid valves, the system features an integrated air cooler to guarantee quiet operation and optimal oil temperature stability during prolonged cycles.
