The linear feed system achieves a perfect synergy between drive and control. Both X and Z axes are equipped with SYNTEC (Taiwan) servo motors and drivers, ensuring high coordination and rapid dynamic response across the motion system.
The transmission mechanism utilizes PMI or HIWIN (Taiwan) C3-class precision ball screws, supported by original NSK (Japan) precision bearings. This combination significantly enhances transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. Furthermore, the guiding system employs PⅡ-grade precision linear guideways from the same premium brands, offering exceptional load-bearing capacity and shock resistance. This ensures sustained accuracy stability even under long-term, high-load operational conditions.

The machine comes standard with a high-quality Taiwanese Y-axis box-way (hard-rail) servo power turret, featuring rapid tool changes and precise indexing. The robust turret disk design is specifically engineered for continuous heavy-duty cutting.
Depending on machining requirements, the system can be flexibly equipped with Taiwanese precision gear-driven side or end-milling live heads. These live tools are also driven by the SYNTEC (Taiwan) servo system, achieving high torque output and fine angular control. This significantly bolsters the machine's turn-mill multi-tasking capabilities, enabling complex operations—including turning, milling, drilling, and tapping—to be completed in a single setup for larger components.

The X and Z axes are directly coupled to precision pre-tensioned ball screws via high-performance servo motors and flexible couplings.     Equipped with an intelligent automated lubrication system, the guideways and ball screws receive precise, timed lubrication and cooling. This enables rapid traverse speeds of up to 30 m/min while ensuring superior positioning accuracy, minimal thermal deformation, and the long-term stability required for consistent batch production.
