◆ This machine is equipped with the SYNTEC CNC control system (Taiwan), known for its intelligent operation, stability, and reliability. The spindle assembly features a high-quality domestic structure, integrated with original Japanese P4-class ultra-precision bearings to ensure exceptional rotational accuracy and long-term stability. Both the spindle servo motor and drive utilize high-performance domestic brands for rapid response and precise control.
For the X/Z axis drive systems, we offer two optimized solutions: a cost-effective high-performance domestic model or an original Japanese Yaskawa servo drive system, catering to diverse customer requirements for dynamic performance and positioning accuracy.

◆ X/Z axis transmission utilizes Taiwanese PMI or HIWIN C3-class precision ball screws, complemented by original Japanese NSK precision bearings. This combination effectively guarantees superior transmission accuracy and axial rigidity. For guidance, the X/Z axes are equipped with Taiwanese PMI or HIWIN P-class (Precision) linear guideways, ensuring smooth operation, excellent wear resistance, and long-term durability.

◆ The machine offers a choice of Taiwanese hydraulic or servo rotary turrets, featuring rapid tool-indexing and high positioning accuracy. The machine bed and base are cast from high-strength cast iron, providing a robust structural foundation with exceptional vibration-damping characteristics.

◆ The primary electrical components are sourced from the French brand Schneider, ensuring exceptional safety, reliability, and an extended service life. 

◆ Hydraulic components are also sourced from premium Taiwanese brands, ensuring a highly stable system with rapid and sensitive response.

    Key Structural Features

    ◆ To meet the demands of heavy-duty and high-precision machining, this machine features a monolithic cartridge-type spindle design. It is equipped with a '3-front, 2-rear' configuration of imported precision-grade bearings and driven by a high-performance spindle servo motor. This setup ensures high rigidity, superior accuracy, and consistently stable speeds, effortlessly handling heavy-load tasks. The machine bed is cast from high-quality iron using the resin sand process. The 30° slant bed structure, reinforced with dense internal ribbing, significantly enhances structural rigidity and vibration dampening, while simultaneously optimizing the ergonomic workspace and chip evacuation efficiency.

    ◆ The motion axes are equipped with high-rigidity linear guideways and precision pre-tensioned ball screws, which are directly coupled to the servo motors via flexible couplings. This configuration, integrated with an intelligent automated lubrication system, ensures forced lubrication for both rails and screws. This results in superior positioning accuracy, minimized thermal deformation, and achieves rapid traverse speeds of up to 30 m/min.

    ◆ Hydraulic station incorporates renowned Taiwanese variable displacement pumps, hydraulic motors, and solenoid valves. Equipped with a high-efficiency air-cooling system, it ensures low operational noise and consistent oil temperature control, providing a reliable power source for long-term continuous operation.

    ◆ Available with either hydraulic or servo rotary turrets, the system offers superior rigidity and rapid tool-changing speeds. It supports bi-directional shortest-path tool selection, with an indexing time of only 0.3–0.5 seconds. The tool capacity remains unaffected by workpiece size, making it ideally suited for heavy-duty machining of disk-type components.

    ◆ The machine features a fully enclosed splash guard with a modern aesthetic and superior sealing performance. The sliding doors operate smoothly and are equipped with a safety interlocking mechanism, ensuring maximum operator protection and comprehensive equipment safety.
