Key Functional Components Configuration

◆ The CNC control unit features the Taiwanese SYNTEC system, known for its user-friendly interface and comprehensive functionality. Both the Main and Sub-spindles are sourced from premium domestic brands, incorporating original Japanese P4-grade ultra-precision bearings to ensure high rigidity and rotational accuracy. The spindles are driven by rear-mounted high-performance domestic servo systems, providing excellent dynamic response. Furthermore, the X1/X2/Z1/Z2 axes are equipped with domestic servo motors and drives, ensuring precise control and seamless integration with the machine's mechanical structure.

◆ Regarding the feed system, all X1/X2/Z1/Z2 axes are equipped with Taiwanese PMT or HIWIN C3-class precision ball screws, paired with original Japanese NSK precision bearings. This combination ensures high-rigidity and low-temperature-rise precision transmission. The linear guideways utilize Taiwanese PMT or HIWIN PⅡ-grade precision components, offering high load-bearing capacity and excellent accuracy retention. The machine base is constructed from premium cast iron with a dense rib layout, providing exceptional vibration dampening performance.

    Machine Structural Features

    ◆ Our high-rigidity cartridge-type spindle system features an integrated monoblock structure, paired with a precision-grade imported bearing layout in a 'front-3-rear-2' configuration. Driven by a dedicated rear-mounted servo motor, it delivers exceptional speed stability and heavy-duty cutting capability, making it ideal for high-precision machining scenarios. The base is constructed from high-strength cast iron using a resin-sand casting process. The 45° inclined bed design, combined with a dense reinforcement rib layout, significantly enhances structural rigidity and vibration dampening while optimizing ergonomic operation and chip evacuation efficiency.

    ◆ Each X/Z axis is directly coupled with pre-tensioned ball screws via flexible couplings and driven by high-performance servo motors. Combined with high-precision linear guideways and an intelligent centralized lubrication system, the machine achieves high-speed (30m/min rapid traverse) and high-precision positioning with superior thermal compensation. The T-type gang tooling module supports versatile tool configurations, ensuring ultra-fast indexing and interference-free operation.

    ◆ The innovative twin-spindle and twin-gang configuration supports simultaneous machining and dynamic synchronization between the main and sub-spindles. By completing all processes in a single setup, the system effectively guarantees superior geometric tolerances and eliminates cumulative errors from secondary handling.

    ◆ The hydraulic unit incorporates a famous Taiwan-branded variable displacement pump and a high-efficiency air-cooling system, ensuring ultra-quiet operation and stable temperature control during continuous production.
