◆ The series comes standard with the Taiwanese SYNTEC CNC system, renowned for its stability, programming flexibility, and intuitive operation. The spindle unit features a premium domestic structural design, supported by original Japanese P4-class high-precision bearings to ensure high rigidity and superior cutting accuracy. For the drive system, high-performance domestic spindle servo motors and drivers are selected, providing optimized power matching and precise control.

◆ X and Z-axis motion systems are powered by Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and drives, delivering exceptional motion control performance. The transmission units utilize Taiwanese PMI or HIWIN C3-class precision ball screws, complemented by original Japanese NSK precision bearings to ensure superior drive accuracy and smooth operation.

◆ The X and Z-axis guidance components utilize Taiwanese PMI or HIWIN P-class (Precision Grade) linear guideways, ensuring smooth motion and excellent long-term accuracy retention. The machine’s foundation is constructed with a monolithic cast iron base, offering a robust structural framework with superior vibration-damping performance.

    Structural Features

    ◆ This CNC machine features a monolithic cartridge-type spindle unit designed for high rigidity, high precision, and heavy-duty machining. The spindle is supported by imported precision bearings in a '3+2' (front-triple, rear-double) layout, driven by a high-performance spindle servo system. This configuration ensures exceptional rotational accuracy, superior rigidity, and high load capacity during high-speed operations. The bed structure utilizes an integrated premium cast iron base with a 30° slant-bed design. Crafted using resin-sand casting and a reinforced rib-and-plate internal structure, it offers outstanding structural rigidity and vibration damping, while simultaneously optimizing operator ergonomics and chip evacuation paths.

    ◆ X and Z axes feature high-rigidity precision linear guideways paired with pre-tensioned ball screws, which are directly coupled to the servo motors via flexible couplings. To ensure sustained accuracy, the system is equipped with an intelligent automatic lubrication system that provides continuous forced lubrication to the rails and screws. This configuration achieves superior positioning precision, minimizes thermal deformation, and enables rapid traverse rates of up to 30 m/min.

    ◆ Hydraulic station is equipped with premium Taiwanese variable displacement pumps, hydraulic motors, and solenoid valves, integrated with a high-efficiency air-cooled heat exchanger to ensure low noise levels and stable oil temperatures.The machine offers a choice of hydraulic or servo rotary turrets, both featuring exceptional rigidity and rapid indexing. Supporting bi-directional shortest-path tool selection, the system achieves a lightning-fast tool-to-tool time of 0.3–0.5 seconds, making it ideally suited for the heavy-duty machining of disk-type components.

    ◆ Hydraulic-controlled tailstock features a fully programmable/automatic quill, ensuring a robust structure and effortless operation. This configuration significantly expands the machine's capability for processing long-shaft workpieces while maintaining superior stability

    ◆ The machine is equipped with an aesthetically pleasing, fully enclosed guarding system that provides superior coolant and chip containment. The sliding doors are designed for effortless operation and are integrated with safety interlocking devices, ensuring an optimal balance between operator protection and convenience.
