    Its foundation is a robust 45-degree slant bed made of high-grade cast iron via resin sand molding. The densely ribbed structure provides superior stiffness and effective vibration absorption, while also facilitating easy operation and efficient chip flow.

    For rapid and accurate axis movement, the X and Z axes employ high-rigidity linear guides and precision ball screws. These are directly driven by servo motors through flexible couplings, with a central lubrication system servicing all guideways and screws.
