    This series of machines focuses on reinforcing the rigidity, precision, and load-bearing capacity of core components. It features a monoblock sleeve-type spindle with a "three-front, two-rear" imported precision bearing layout. Driven by a high-performance servo motor, the spindle system ensures high-precision rotational accuracy, high-rigidity support, and consistent speed output to meet heavy-duty machining demands.

    The bed is constructed from a one-piece cast iron structure with a 30° slant bed design, utilizing premium cast iron and resin sand casting technology. The interior is reinforced with a dense rib-plate configuration, providing exceptional structural rigidity and superior vibration dampening. This design also offers excellent visibility and accessibility for the operator while facilitating natural chip evacuation.
    X/Z-Axis Guidance and Drive System: The X/Z axes utilize high-rigidity, high-precision linear guideways paired with precision pre-stretched ball screws. These are directly coupled to the servo motors via flexible couplings.
