The X/Z axes are directly coupled with servo motors and precision pre-stretched ball screws via flexible couplings. Utilizing high-rigidity linear guides with an automatic centralized forced lubrication system, positioning accuracy is maximized while thermal deformation is minimized, reaching rapid traverse speeds up to 30m/min.

T-type gang tool post supports a variety of tooling configurations and combinations, ensuring rapid tool change speeds.

Hydraulic station is equipped with a variable displacement pump, hydraulic motor, and solenoid valves—all sourced from Taiwan. With an integrated air-cooling system, the unit ensures low noise levels and consistent, low oil temperatures during operation.
