Recently, the tailor-made NXX-36AS CNC lathe — a turnkey automated machining cell paired with a high-performance truss manipulator — has completed installation and commissioning and has been successfully delivered to Taizhou Tongli Refrigeration Components Co., Ltd. for mass production of precision refrigeration parts.

Equipped with an integrated truss robot, the machine supports continuous automatic loading and unloading without manual intervention. Its core configuration features dual-spindle synchronous machining and double-row tool holders, enabling high-speed cutting and completing all operations in a single continuous cycle.  Upon completion of machining, finished products are automatically unloaded and stacked in an orderly manner. With a robust mechanical structure and exceptional operational stability, the equipment supports 24/7 lights-out unmanned production, minimizing manual labor while maximizing throughput — offering a complete retrofit solution for CNC lathe automation.
